Privacy Policy

Cradle Ledger helps families organize baby-related budgets, expense records, receipts, and project settings. This policy explains what information the app handles and how that information is used to provide the service.

Scope

This policy applies to information handled by Cradle Ledger in connection with account access, budget planning, expense tracking, receipt attachments, and app settings.

The app is designed for personal organization and does not use your budget or receipt content to build advertising profiles.

Information We Handle

Budget and expense records

You may create project names, budget targets, start dates, currency preferences, categories, expense amounts, notes, payment methods, and receipt images. These records are used to show your dashboard, history, summaries, and settings.

Identifiers and attribution

If you allow App Tracking Transparency permission, the app may use the advertising identifier for install attribution, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention signals. If permission is not granted, the app continues to provide its budgeting features.

How Information Is Used

  • To create and maintain account sessions.
  • To send and verify sign-in codes when you request them.
  • To save and display budget plans, expenses, receipts, and project settings.
  • To troubleshoot reliability issues and protect the app from misuse.
  • To measure app acquisition and performance when tracking permission allows it.

Storage and Retention

Budget records, project settings, receipt references, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Account session details may also be stored locally so you can stay signed in.

Sign-in, security, attribution, and service-operation data may be processed by our servers or service providers only for the purposes described in this policy. We keep this information only for as long as needed for service operation, security, compliance, or legitimate business needs.

Device Permissions

Camera and photos

Cradle Ledger may request camera or photo library access when you choose to attach receipt images or update a profile image. The app does not access those resources unless you start an action that needs them.

Tracking

The app may request App Tracking Transparency permission before using the advertising identifier. You can change this choice in iOS Settings.

External Services

Cradle Ledger may rely on service providers for authentication, verification-code delivery, security checks, analytics, attribution, and hosting. These providers process information only as needed to support the features described here.

If a service provider publishes its own privacy policy, that policy may also apply to the information it processes on our behalf.

Your Choices

  • You can edit budget, expense, receipt, and project information inside the app.
  • You can manage camera, photo library, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
  • You can log out when you no longer want to keep an active session on the device.
  • You can delete your account from Settings, which removes local account and ledger data from this device.
